If you haven't subscribed to our email yet, we strongly recommend doing so! We only send one email before each series release (also known as drops). You can find the “subscribe” link at the bottom of any page or simply scroll to the bottom of this page to the big “Subscribe!” area. Subscribers gain exclusive 15-minute early access to the drop, which is crucial because most, if not all, items tend to sell out quickly once the drop goes live. We are a team of just two people, creating our pieces from vintage and antique finite materials that we meticulously source. Given our limited capacity and the high demand for our items, it might take you a few tries to secure the item you have your eye on during one of our sales.

Here are some tips to increase your chances of making a purchase, although we cannot guarantee success:

1. Familiarize yourself with our website: If you're accessing it from a phone, you'll find the menu represented by three bars in the top corner. Click on that, navigate to "Series xxxx" (the current series), and that's where you'll find items available for purchase during a drop. This is also where you'll see the prompt to enter the code during early access.

2. Create an account for a smoother checkout experience: Go to the top menu, select "Log In," and create an account. Once you've verified your account through the confirmation email, save your payment and address information to expedite future purchases.

3. Make sure you have your payment information autofill saved in your web browser. Manually entering your credit card information will likely not lead to a successful purchase during the rush of the drop.

There are no cart holds, this means that the item in your cart is also in other peoples cart. Whoever checks out first gets the item. Items sell out rapidly during drops, so it's advisable to purchase one item at a time to avoid cart complications. Be prepared to make a quick decision and have a backup plan for your second choice if your first item has sold out by the time you finish checking out. Arrive at the sale with an open mind, as the item you desire may also be at the top of someone else's list! We offer shipping refunds on multiple orders! Despite having your information pre-uploaded, success in securing an item is not guaranteed. However, it certainly improves your chances! Please refrain from emailing or messaging us if you're unsuccessful in securing an item.
