How do I purchase something, its all sold out?

We release a new “Series” for purchase every 6-8 weeks. These drops as we call them are announced via our instagram and email newsletter. Follow and subscribe to our newsletter to stay up to date!

Do you take custom orders?

We do not take custom orders. We only sell what we make and release on our drops.

What is sustainable fashion?

Sustainable fashion seeks to protect the environment through use of long-lasting materials, enduring designs, local production and reduced waste.

Is 69 tearz sustainable?

Yes, we strive to be as sustainable as possible. We are a very small scale business. We make timeless garments exclusively with vintage fabric and textiles in our home outside of St Louis. We try to use every bit of our fabric. As well as sourcing our materials deadstock and second hand. In an attempt to limit all possible waste our fanny packs are made from the scraps of our garment production. In the near future, 2024, we are looking to work with manufacturers in the United States who recycle cotton into new garments and woven textiles.

How are 69 tearz pieces designed to fit?

Our clothing is designed to fit relaxed and slightly oversized.

How can I determine my 69 tearz size?

Our garments run generously in order to fit many body types. We want you to feel happy and comfortable with the way our garments fit, so please refer to the size charts here before making a purchase.

How do I ensure that I can buy something?

Our items sell out quickly. To better your chances of successfully purchasing one of our items during a “drop” please create an account on our website prior to trying to purchase an item.

To do so, follow these steps:

  • In the top drop down menu(mobile) or the top directory(desktop) select “Log In”

  • Find the “create an account” located at the bottom of the sign in

  • Fill out the required information and accept any email verifications etc.

  • Once you have a verified account please enter your shipping and billing information. Now you are ready for a fast checkout the day of the drop!

This account information is stored securely and is not shown to us. We do not use your information for anything other than shipping you your item.

How do I care for my 69 tearz piece?

Hand Drawn:

Each garment is painted by hand, so spot cleaning will help increase its longevity.

Should you choose to wash your Pants or Chore Coat, please hand wash with cold water and mild detergent. Rinse and hang to dry.

Iron on high setting on the Pants and Chore Coat, steam okay.

The Sweatshirts and Tees should be hand washed inside out with cold water and mild detergent. Rinse and hang or lay flat to dry. Do not wring. Due to the natural dye used we do not recommend spot washing the Sweatshirts and Tees as it may cause the dye to bleed.

Screen Printed:

Our fully screen printed feedsack items, solid black print only, can be machine washed! If your item is dyed, on the first wash, please wash separately incase the dye bleeds. Hang to dry if you have the option otherwise machine can be fine.

For partially screen printed and hand-painted items, we still recommend hand-washing for longevity but they too may be machine washed.

DO NOT iron directly on the screen printed items, iron inside out. Steam okay.

Shipping

We ship worldwide from Illinois, USA

Domestic orders:

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority within 3 business days for a flat rate of $12. If you place multiple orders we will combine shipping and refund any overages! Shipping costs include processing and insurance. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

International orders:

International orders are shipped via UPS for a flat rate of $50 per order. This is an average cost, it is typically even more than this to ship to Canada. There are lower cost options out there but we have had far too many packages lost shipping with USPS international. If you place multiple orders we will combine shipping and refund any overages! This cost includes insurance. Customers are fully responsible for paying customs and duty fees.

Please research customs information for your country before ordering if you are not already aware. We are not responsible for any additional fees and taxes.

Lost package:

We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package never arrived or you suspect it was stolen, visit the shipping carriers website to file a claim with them directly. We will work with you to provide what ever proof of payment or receipts you need.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
